Liverpool Signing Choir to be Filmed by the BEEB!

Hi, hope alls well with everyone The Liverpool Signing Choir will be filmed by the BBC on Sun 6th Sept 2009 at the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. They are featuring the choir as part of one of their 'Insideout' programs.

Anyhow, we have decided to make the evening a fundraiser It will be an evening to remember. We have a fantastic tenor Mr Martin Toal who will sing Nessun Dorma & The Fields of Athenry . The choir will Sign as Martin sings. We also have the choirs own wonderful young up & coming singers & of course, The Liverpool Signing Choir will entertain you with their own unique style of sign through music. If you are not too busy & would like to come along you are most welcome . Tickets will be on sale soon priced £5 or pay at the door. Hope to hear frm u soon luv catherine x

Congratulations to Katie Murphy!

A big well-done! to Katie (Katharine Therese) Murphy who graduated at Leeds University on Tuesday 14th July 2009. She got a 2/1 in French and Portuguese (with a distinction in spoken Portuguese).

Katie is daughter of Danny and Pat Murphy. Katie's younger sister Charlotte is completing her studies, and younger brother Sebastian is seen pictured with mum and Katie. Dad and Mum are also shown with Katie.

All your family are very proud of you.

Three Christenings in One Go!

Chris & Ania Flynn's twin boys, Joseph Ronald & Ruben Anastasio will be Christened at Blairs Church (same as for wedding) on Saturday 25th July 2009 (time to be announced). Eugene and Janet Flynn's son Oscar Edward will also be Christened at the same ceremony.
It's that time of year again when I like to have my children baptised! Joseph Ronald and Ruben Anastasio.
This will be followed by the obligatory summer BBQ celebration at Chris & Ania's house, The Gables. Chris will provide the quality Riojas!!

On top of that, Chris & Ania will be saying good bye to blighty as we are escaping to Spain to live from 26th Aug.
Eug is only in Aberdeen for a short break as he is living in Dubai for the foreseeable future, so it would be great to see some friends & family!
