Family Reunion - Information Requested

Hi Everyone!
Cathy Hegarty has asked for information on who is coming to the family reunion on 25th May 2013.
1) Names of everyone who is attending.
2) Where is everyone travelling from for the party.
It may be easier to nominate a family member to provide all the information. Please include names of friends who are attending,  as well as relatives.
