Calling all Murphys!

You may already have heard that the 4th Murphy Reunion is booked for Saturday 23rd May at the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool. We are doing our best to send this to people we have contact details for, but we can’t get in touch with everyone who might want to attend, so we need your help to spread the word. So far we have booked the suite to the left of the grand foyer, the disco, the band, and buffet. If any of our talented family would like to perform along with the band let us know – they will work something out with you, even if you just let us know on the night.

You may like to attend the 6.30 Mass at the Cathedral, before making your way to the party, which will start from 7.30 onwards, until late. We will have display boards where we can share the ever expanding photo exhibition and other memorabilia. The cost will be £20 per adult, £10 for youngsters 5-15, under 5’s free. Please complete the attached form and enclose with your cheque, made out to Mrs E.S. Herlihy, to us at the above address. Please provide contact details in case we need to get back to you by post or email, whichever is your preference.

If you want to stay at the Adelphi, make sure you quote HER2305 for the discounted rate of £90 per room per night. The phone number for the Adelphi is 0151 709 7200. Some of the rooms have recently been refurbished, but you will find plenty of accommodation nearby if you don’t want to stay at the Adelphi.
